This is an LPG Evacuation Terminal at Atuabo, near the Ghana Gas Processing Facility and receives LPG produced at the Gas Processing Facility for storage and loading to the market.
The Facility has a 750Mt LPG storage capacity and can load up to 1500Mt per day across its eight (8) truck loading bays. The facility is equipped with weighing bridges at the entry and exit points; a Control Room; a spacious Truck Park; a well furbished Waiting Area and Canteen for drivers.
The project, valued at USD 25 million was partly funded by Standard Chartered Bank (UK and Ghana) and supported by GuarantCo, a UK based credit guarantee company. Construction started in May 2013, was completed in November 2014 and loading operations started on 5th December, 2014.
Quantum Terminals Lists GH¢ 45 million Bond On Ghana Fixed Income Market
A bond was successfully issued in 2018 on the Ghana Stock exchange for Quantum Terminals. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved GHs 140 million notes.
GHs 41 million was issued under tranche 1. This was fully purchased by Stanlib on behalf of 37 investors.
